HBC is designed to equip and empower the believer for ministry and kingdom expansion through the impartation of biblical truth and hands on training that changes lives.

Our Goals

To see all members of the body of Christ contributing to the work of the ministry in the local church according to their particular spiritual giftedness with the right heart and motive.   To send out trained ministers to do the work of the ministry in their sphere of influence and calling with a heart that beats with God’s.

We are committed to provide a teaching center that will produce well-rounded and mature believers who will take up the great commission of reproducing disciples and make a difference in this generation.

Who is it for?

The believer who is serious about going deeper in his or her personal journey with God or senses the call to full or part-time ministry, a church volunteer, small group leader or Para-church ministry.

Our curriculum will equip you to step into the ministry roles that are before you.

HBC offers:

• One year Continuing Education Certificate
• Two year Diploma in Biblical Studies

A Message from the President:

HBC is part of the vision that the Lord placed in my heart when I became lead pastor of our local church back in 1991.

Today the vision is realized as we launch House of Praise Bible College & Ministry Training Center. The need for believers who are equipped and established in the knowledge of the word of God and prepared to take the gospel to the world has never been greater. People around us desperately need not only to hear the gospel, but also see the power of the Gospel realized in the lives of those who claim to be Christ followers. Our staff of teachers is committed to teach the word with accuracy and clarity and to live and practice what they preach and teach.
