Please complete the following and submit as A SINGLE PACKET with all documents included:
1. Complete your official application for enrollment to HBC (short form application for registered church members or long form application for non-registered members.) Include a non-refundable, one-time application/enrollment fee of $35 made payable to House of Praise.
2. Pastor/Small Group Leader recommendation form (to be completed by your small group leader or pastor). This form is required by non-registered church members.
3. Submit in person or mail your packet to :

*Please note the Administrative Office receives applications between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday.
4. Register for classes (Go to Class Schedule page). The deadline to register for Fall quarter classes is August 10. Tuition is $99 when paid in advance. The cost is $149 when paid over time. The deadline to register at the regular tuition price is August 10. (Courses may be audited, but the full price will still be charged. Full payment is still expected from students who drop out of a class.)
